Train safely

Combat HIIT provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a heart or blood-pressure condition, an injury or are pregnant, or if you have not exercised for a long time. Warm up, train on a non-slip surface with enough space around you, drink water, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Calories and BMI shown in the App are estimates.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an internet connection?

Workouts, the timer, the voice guide, reminders and progress tracking work offline. Each exercise video is downloaded the first time it is needed (about 24 MB for all 46 moves) and then kept on your device; until a video has downloaded, the App shows an illustration of the move. An internet connection is needed for ads, rewarded ads and buying or restoring VIP.

The voice guide is silent or speaks the wrong language

Check that the voice guide is on in Settings → Voice guide and that your media volume is up. The voice uses your device’s text-to-speech: if no voice is installed for your language, the App falls back to English. You can add voices in your device settings (on iOS: Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices; on Android: Text-to-speech output). The voice plays over your own music instead of stopping it.

My workout reminders do not appear

Allow notifications for Combat HIIT in your device settings, then add the reminder again in Settings → Workout reminders. On Android, reminders may arrive a few minutes late because the system groups alarms to save battery, and battery-saving modes on some phones can delay them further.

Where is my progress stored? Can I move it to a new phone?

Your workout history, weight, height and custom workouts are stored on your device only. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore them for you. They move to a new phone only through your device’s own backup and restore (iCloud or Google backup); uninstalling the App deletes them.

What is free, and how does VIP work?

Free: the full 30-day plan at all three levels, the Beginner workouts and one custom workout. VIP (a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription) unlocks the Advanced and Master workouts and unlimited custom workouts, and removes all ads. You can also watch a short ad to the end to get VIP for 24 hours. Subscriptions renew automatically and are managed by the App Store or Google Play: open your subscriptions there to change or cancel, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After reinstalling the App or switching devices, tap Restore purchases in Settings.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, and the Google Play refund page for Android.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the App deletes everything stored on your device. To delete the VIP and notification records kept on our server, or feedback you have sent, email us. See the privacy policy for details.
